All caps with logo

Will I see how my logo looks on the cap before production starts?

Yes. After placing your order, we create a digital mockup showing your logo on the chosen cap. Production only begins once you have reviewed and approved this preview, so there are no surprises when your order arrives.

How do I submit my logo or artwork?

We accept vector files, which give the sharpest results when applying your logo to caps. If you only have a raster file such as a JPEG or PNG, send it over and we will assess whether it meets the required quality. Our team will let you know if any adjustments are needed before we proceed.

Which cap materials are available?

Our range includes caps in cotton, polyester, and mixed fabrics. Cotton tends to be breathable and comfortable for everyday wear, while polyester options are often chosen for outdoor events or sports use. When placing a larger group order, we can help you pick a material that balances comfort, durability, and budget.

Is there a minimum order quantity for caps?

Minimum quantities vary depending on the specific cap model and customisation method. Some caps are available in smaller runs, making them accessible for clubs or smaller events. For larger quantities, the price per unit typically decreases, which is worth considering when ordering for a full team or a trade fair.

How much lead time do I need before an event?

We recommend getting in touch as early as possible, especially when working towards a fixed event date. Once artwork is approved, production and delivery take a set number of working days that varies per order. Contacting us in advance gives us room to meet your deadline comfortably.
