How to choose the right notebook
- Choose the size. A5 works well for meetings and the office, A6 fits in a bag or pocket.
- Choose the paper. Lined for writing, squared or dot grid for sketches and diagrams, blank for free use.
- Look at the cover. A hard or PU cover looks more premium and lasts longer. A cardboard cover is more affordable.
- Make it a set. A notebook with a matching pen is a complete corporate gift.
- Order diaries in time. Handing out diaries for the new year? Order well before December.

Frequently asked questions about printed notebooks
Which notebooks can be printed with a logo?
A5 and A6 notebooks with hard or soft covers, made of PU, cardboard, cork, bamboo, stone paper or recycled material. Also sticky notes, memo pads and diaries.
How much does a notebook with logo cost?
An A6 notebook starts at about €1.38, an A5 notebook at around €1.98 and sticky notes at €1.41. The more you order, the lower the price per piece. All prices excl. VAT.
What is the difference between A5 and A6?
A5 is about 15 x 21 cm, half the size of A4. A6 is half the size of A5, about 10.5 x 15 cm.
Do you have sustainable notebooks?
Yes. There are notebooks made of recycled paper, recycled milk cartons, bio-waste, cork, bamboo, recycled PET and stone paper. Several have FSC paper.
What is stone paper?
Paper made from limestone instead of wood fibre. It is water-resistant and tears less easily.
Can I order a notebook with a pen?
Yes. There are notebooks with a matching pen or a pen loop, such as the A6 notebook with pen and the bamboo notebook with pen.
What is the minimum order quantity?
It differs per product. The minimum and the tiered prices are shown with each product, so you can see straight away what you pay.
How fast are printed notebooks delivered?
Usually within 3 to 10 working days after you approve the design. The delivery time is shown with each product.
Can I see how our logo looks first?
Yes. Within 15 minutes you receive a free digital proof with your logo on the product. We only start production after your approval.
