How to choose the best trade show giveaways

- Plan for your visitors. One giveaway per expected stand visitor, plus 10 to 20 percent extra.
- Combine two levels. An affordable giveaway for everyone and a nicer gift for good conversations.
- Make it a goodie bag. A bag with your logo, filled with a few small giveaways, makes more of an impression than loose items.
- Order in time. Ideally three weeks before the show, leaving room for the proof and delivery.

How much does a printed giveaway cost?
That depends on the product and the quantity. A printed non-woven drawstring bag starts at around €0.53 per piece, pens from €0.61 and a Tacx water bottle from around €4. The more you order, the lower the price per piece. All prices exclude VAT.
What is the minimum order quantity?
It varies per product. The minimum quantity and the tiered prices are shown with each product, so you can see straight away what you pay for your quantity.
What do you put in a goodie bag?
A good goodie bag contains a few useful giveaways with your logo, such as a pen, a notebook, mints and a keyring, plus your flyer or a discount code. The bag itself, with your logo on it, is reused many times afterwards.
How quickly are printed giveaways delivered?
We usually deliver printed items within 3 to 10 working days of your approval of the proof. The delivery time is shown with each product. Ideally order at least three weeks before your trade show.
