I was surprised to see that this good company only scores 3.4 out of 5 stars on Google. When you then read how that happened, it is just sad. A number of people feel it necessary to give 1 star just because they received an (unwanted) advertising email. It's a shame that your company can be brought down like this for nothing. Because even though the last delivery was not completely OK, which can happen, it was resolved more than 100% correctly. And that's what it's all about!
