Product Description
The 91169 Softshell Sports Tech Headband is a sports headband made from softshell material, designed to keep hair and sweat out of the face during physical activity. It combines a functional fit with a surface that is suitable for logo printing, making it a practical promotional item for sports-oriented organisations, events, and trade shows.
Application & Use
This headband is well suited for sporting events, outdoor activities, fitness promotions, and team outings. It works as a giveaway at sports days, marathons, cycling events, or any occasion where participants are physically active. Organisations can use it to increase brand visibility in a natural, everyday context. Because participants wear the headband during the event itself, the logo is seen by a wide audience at the right moment.
Logo & Personalisation
The Softshell Sports Tech Headband can be personalised with your own logo or artwork. You supply the print file, and it is applied to the headband using a suitable printing technique. This makes the headband a consistent part of your promotional merchandise or team outfit. A minimum order quantity applies, as is standard for personalised products of this type.

Frequently Asked Questions – Custom Printed Sports Headband Softshell Sweatband
Can this softshell sports headband be printed with a company logo?
Yes, this headband can be personalised with a custom logo or design, making it suitable for corporate orders, sports clubs, and events. Browse our full range of sweatbands for more options in this category.
Where on the headband is the print or logo applied?
The logo is applied on the front panel of the headband, which offers a clear and visible surface for branding. Placement options may vary depending on the artwork size and the chosen print technique.
What should I arrange in advance if these headbands need to be ready for a specific event date?
To meet a fixed deadline for a sports event, product launch, or team occasion, artwork in the correct format should be submitted as early as possible to allow time for production and quality checks. Confirming your order well ahead of the required date reduces the risk of delays caused by artwork revisions or shipping.
Which colour variants are available for this softshell headband, and how does that affect the print?
This headband is available in multiple colours, and the base colour of the softshell material directly influences how the printed logo appears in terms of contrast and colour accuracy. Lighter base colours generally allow for more accurate reproduction of multi-colour logos.
Which print technique is used on softshell headbands, and how does it differ from other methods?
Softshell headbands are typically decorated using embroidery or transfer printing, both of which are suited to the slightly structured surface of this material. Embroidery provides a raised, textured finish, whereas transfer printing allows for finer detail and broader colour ranges on the fabric.
For which occasions are custom printed softshell sports headbands commonly ordered?
Branded sports headbands are frequently ordered for running events, team sports, fitness promotions, and trade fairs where participants or staff require functional, logo-bearing accessories. They are also used as part of corporate gift sets alongside other branded sports accessories.
