Yes. Before we begin production, you receive a digital mockup showing exactly how your logo, slogan, or contact details will appear on the pens. Only once you have reviewed and approved this preview do we move forward. This gives you a clear picture of the end result and the opportunity to request adjustments without any commitment.

What file format should I use when submitting my logo or artwork?

Vector files such as AI, EPS, or PDF are strongly preferred, as these ensure sharp, clean results regardless of the size printed on the pen. If you only have a raster file such as a JPG or PNG, get in touch with us and we can advise you on whether it is suitable or needs to be converted first.
