Product Description
The 64468 Alpha Shape Flexfit is a structured cap with a flexible fit, designed for a clean and professional look. The Alpha Shape design gives the cap a firm, defined silhouette that holds its shape during wear. Thanks to the Flexfit band, the cap adjusts to the shape of the head without the need for a traditional adjustable strap. This makes the cap suitable for a wide range of head sizes and comfortable for extended wear.
Application & Use
The Alpha Shape Flexfit cap is well suited for use at trade shows, corporate events, and promotional campaigns. Its structured appearance makes it a practical choice for staff uniforms, brand activations, or as a give-away at events. The cap works equally well outdoors and in indoor settings where a consistent, branded look is important.
Logo & Personalisation
The Alpha Shape Flexfit can be personalised with your own logo or design. Embroidery is a commonly used technique for caps of this type, as it produces a durable and professional result on structured materials. The placement, size, and technique of the personalisation are agreed upon in consultation. A production file or artwork is required before production begins, and a digital proof is provided for approval.
Product Specifications
The Alpha Shape Flexfit is a six-panel structured cap with a pre-curved visor. The cap features the Flexfit stretch band, which provides a secure and comfortable fit without manual adjustment. The firm crown retains its shape throughout use. The cap is available in a selection of colours suitable for professional and promotional applications. Specific material composition and available sizes are listed on the product page.
Delivery & Production
A logo with multiple colours or a non-standard placement requires additional preparation time in the production process. It is advisable to account for this when planning around a specific event or deadline.
