Yes. Before anything goes into production, you receive a digital mockup showing your logo or design on the towels. Production only begins once you have reviewed and approved this preview, so there are no surprises when your order arrives.
What file format should I use when submitting my artwork?
Vector files work best for sharp, accurate results — formats such as AI, EPS, or PDF are preferred. If you are unsure whether your logo file meets the requirements, simply send it over and we will assess it for you and advise on any adjustments needed.
Which towel material options are available?

I was surprised to see that this good company only scores 3.4 out of 5 stars on Google. When you then read how that happened, it is just sad. A number of people feel it necessary to give 1 star just because they received an (unwanted) advertising email. It's a shame that your company can be brought down like this for nothing. All the more reason for me to emphasize that my 5 star review is more than deserved for this company. Because even though the last delivery was not completely OK, which can happen, it was resolved more than 100% correctly. And that's what it's all about! We have been a satisfied customer of Hidalgo for years, but this made it clear that we can hopefully do a lot of business together in the coming years. Thanks again for the perfect service!
