Yes. Before we begin production, you will receive a digital mockup showing exactly how your logo or artwork will appear on the chosen mug or cup. Production only starts once you have reviewed and approved this preview, so there are no surprises when your order arrives.

What file format should I submit for my logo or artwork?

Vector files such as AI or EPS give the sharpest results and are preferred. High-resolution PDFs are also accepted in most cases. If you are unsure whether your artwork meets the requirements, send it to us and we will let you know what adjustments, if any, are needed.
