Yes. Once we receive your artwork and order details, we create a digital mockup showing your logo or design on the chosen bottle or drinkware. Production only begins after you review and approve this preview, so there are no surprises when your order arrives.
What file formats work best when submitting a logo or design?
Vector files (such as .ai, .eps, or .pdf) give the sharpest results and are strongly recommended. If you only have a raster file like a .png or .jpg, our team can assess whether the resolution is sufficient. For clubs or businesses ordering larger runs, sending print-ready artwork from the start helps avoid delays.
Which materials are available for water bottles and shakers?

I was surprised to see that this good company only scores 3.4 out of 5 stars on Google. When you then read how that happened, it is just sad. A number of people feel it necessary to give 1 star just because they received an (unwanted) advertising email. It's a shame that your company can be brought down like this for nothing. All the more reason for me to emphasize that my 5 star review is more than deserved for this company. Because even though the last delivery was not completely OK, which can happen, it was resolved more than 100% correctly. And that's what it's all about! We have been a satisfied customer of Hidalgo for years, but this made it clear that we can hopefully do a lot of business together in the coming years. Thanks again for the perfect service!
