Will I be able to see what my badges look like before production starts?

Yes. After placing your order, we create a digital mockup showing exactly how your logo or artwork will appear on the badges. Production only begins once you have reviewed and approved this preview, so there are no surprises when your order arrives.

How should I submit my logo or artwork?

For the sharpest results, we recommend supplying vector files such as AI or EPS formats. High-resolution PNG or PDF files are also accepted. If you are unsure whether your files meet the requirements, send them to us and we will check them for you before anything goes to print.

Can I order a small batch of badges, for example for a local club or small team?

We accommodate both small runs and larger bulk orders. Whether you need a handful of badges for a committee or several hundred for a large-scale event, we can advise on the most cost-effective approach for your quantity.

What materials are available for badges?

Badges come in various materials and finishes depending on the style you choose, such as metal, plastic, or coated board. During the ordering process, we will guide you through the available options that suit your intended use and budget.

How far in advance should I place my order before an event?

To avoid last-minute pressure, we recommend ordering at least two to three weeks before your event date. This allows time for artwork review, approval of the digital mockup, and production. If you are working to a tight deadline, contact us early and we will do our best to accommodate your schedule.
