Will I be able to see how my logo looks on the candy or food packaging before anything is produced?

Yes. Before we start production, our team creates a digital mockup showing exactly how your logo or artwork will appear on the packaging or label. You review this preview and only once you give your approval do we move forward. This way, there are no surprises when your order arrives.

What artwork or logo files do I need to submit?

Vector files work best, as they stay sharp regardless of size. Common formats include AI, EPS or PDF. If you only have a raster file such as a PNG or JPG, send it over and we will let you know whether the resolution is sufficient for clean printing on packaging or labels.

Can clubs or smaller organisations order in limited quantities?

Minimum order quantities vary depending on the specific candy or food product you choose. We work with a range of options to accommodate both smaller runs for clubs or local events and larger volumes for corporate campaigns. Check the individual product page for details, or simply ask us directly.

How far in advance should I place my order before an event?

Allowing at least two to three weeks before your event date is a sensible starting point, though this depends on the product and quantity. If you are working toward a firm deadline, let us know early so we can confirm realistic timelines and avoid last-minute pressure.
