Will I be able to see how my logo looks on the office supplies before production starts?

Yes — before anything goes into production, we create a digital mockup showing exactly how your logo or artwork will appear on the chosen office supplies. You review this preview and only after your approval do we proceed. This gives you full control over placement, sizing, and overall appearance without any surprises once the order arrives.

What file format should I submit for my logo or artwork?

Vector files such as AI or EPS work best, as they scale without loss of quality across different sizes and surfaces. PDF files with embedded fonts are also accepted. If you only have a raster file, send it over and our team will assess whether the resolution is sufficient for clean results on notebooks, pens, or desk accessories.

Can I order a small quantity, for example for a club or a single event?

Smaller runs are absolutely possible. Minimum order quantities vary per product type, so whether you need a modest batch of branded pens for a club night or a larger supply of notebooks for a corporate rollout, we can discuss what works within your budget.

How far in advance should I place my order before an event or deadline?

We recommend getting in touch at least two to three weeks before your deadline to allow time for artwork review, mockup approval, and production. For larger quantities or more complex orders, building in extra lead time is a practical safeguard.
