Yes. Before we start production, you will receive a digital mockup showing exactly how your logo or message will appear on the memo pads. Production only begins once you have reviewed and approved this preview, so there are no surprises when your order arrives.

In what format should I submit my artwork or logo?

Vector files work best for sharp, accurate results — formats such as AI, EPS, or PDF are preferred. If you only have a raster image, send it over anyway and we will assess whether the resolution is sufficient. Our team will let you know during the mockup stage if any adjustments are needed.

What materials are the memo pads available in?
