Will I be able to see how my logo looks on the lighting before production begins?

Yes. Before anything goes into production, we create a digital mockup showing exactly how your logo will appear on the chosen lighting product. Production only starts once you have reviewed and approved this preview, so there are no surprises when your order arrives.

What file format should I submit for my logo or artwork?

For the sharpest results, vector files such as AI, EPS, or PDF are strongly preferred. These can be scaled to any size without loss of quality. If you only have a raster file such as a PNG or JPG, send it over and we will assess whether it meets the required resolution for your chosen lighting item.

Can I order a small number of branded lights, or do large minimum quantities apply?

Minimum order quantities vary depending on the specific lighting product. Some torches or LED giveaways are available in smaller runs, which suits clubs or smaller events. Larger quantities typically bring the unit price down significantly, making them well-suited for trade fairs or corporate campaigns with a bigger reach.

How much lead time should I allow before my event or deadline?

We recommend getting in touch as early as possible — ideally several weeks before your event date. Production and delivery times differ per product, and factoring in time for mockup approval keeps everything on schedule.
