You review this preview and only give the go-ahead once you're satisfied. Nothing is printed until you approve the design, giving you full control over the final result.

What file format should I use when submitting my logo or artwork?

Vector files such as AI, EPS, or PDF work best for sharp, consistent results across safety accessories like vests, reflective bands, and lanyards. If you only have a raster file such as a PNG or JPEG, send it over and we'll assess whether it meets the required resolution. Our team will let you know if adjustments are needed.

Can I order smaller quantities, for example for a club or a smaller event crew?

Smaller runs are possible for many safety accessories. Minimum quantities vary depending on the specific product, so it's worth checking with us directly. For larger group orders — say, equipping an entire event crew — better pricing per unit typically applies.

How far in advance should I place my order before an event or project deadline?
