I was surprised to see that this good company only scores 3.4 out of 5 stars on Google. When you then read how that happened, it is just sad. A number of people feel it necessary to give 1 star just because they received an (unwanted) advertising email. It's a shame that your company can be brought down like this for nothing. All the more reason for me to emphasize that my 5 star review is more than deserved for this company. Because even though the last delivery was not completely OK, which can happen, it was resolved more than 100% correctly. And that's what it's all about!
