Productbeschrijving

The Freiburg Laptop Backpack (article 63438) is a structured laptop backpack designed for daily professional use. It offers a dedicated padded laptop compartment and a practical layout that suits commuting, office visits, and business travel. The backpack combines a clean, understated appearance with functional organisation.

Toepassing & gebruik

This backpack is well suited for companies, associations, and event organisers looking for a practical and presentable promotional item. It works as a giveaway at trade fairs, a welcome gift for new employees, or a branded item distributed at corporate events. The Freiburg Laptop Backpack carries everyday essentials without drawing unnecessary attention away from your brand.

The backpack fits comfortably during longer commutes and business trips. Multiple compartments allow users to separate a laptop, documents, and personal items. This makes it a functional choice for recipients who use it regularly, keeping your logo visible in professional settings.

Logo & personalisatie

The Freiburg Laptop Backpack can be personalised with your own logo or company name. Common techniques include embroidery and screen printing, each offering a different finish and level of detail. Embroidery adds a durable, textured look, while printing allows for finer graphic reproduction.

Before production starts, a digital proof or mockup is created based on your artwork and chosen placement. You review and approve this before any items are produced. This step ensures the final result matches your expectations.

Producteigenschappen

The backpack includes a padded laptop compartment suitable for standard laptop sizes used in professional environments. An organiser section provides space for pens, a charger, and smaller accessories. The main compartment accommodates documents, a water bottle, and everyday items.

Adjustable padded shoulder straps distribute weight evenly and can be adapted to the wearer. The exterior is made from a durable material that holds its shape during regular use. Zip closures on all compartments provide secure access.

Levering & productie

For the Freiburg Laptop Backpack, the chosen printing or embroidery technique has a greater influence on the production timeline than the number of units ordered. Embroidery, for example, requires digitising your design before production can begin, while screen printing involves preparing separate screens for each colour in your artwork.

Can the Freiburg Laptop Backpack be personalised with a company logo?

Where is the logo placed on the Freiburg Laptop Backpack?
The logo is typically applied to the front panel of the backpack, which is the most visible area for branding purposes. Exact placement options can vary depending on the chosen printing technique.

In what file format and resolution should I supply my logo for the Freiburg Laptop Backpack?
Vector files such as AI, EPS, or PDF are preferred, as they ensure sharp reproduction regardless of the print size applied to the backpack. A high-resolution raster file (at least 300 DPI) may be accepted as an alternative if a vector file is not available.

How should the Freiburg Laptop Backpack and its printed logo be cleaned?
Spot cleaning with a damp cloth is generally recommended to protect both the fabric and the printed area. Avoid machine washing or using harsh detergents, as these can cause the print to fade or the material to deteriorate.

What needs to be arranged if the Freiburg Laptop Backpack must be ready for a specific event date?
To meet a fixed deadline, logo artwork should be submitted and approved well in advance, as print production for this backpack begins only after artwork sign-off. Factor in any internal review or approval steps on your end when calculating how early the order needs to be placed.

For what types of organisations and occasions is the Freiburg Laptop Backpack typically used?
This backpack is commonly used as a corporate gift, conference giveaway, or onboarding package for employees carrying 15.6-inch laptops. For a printed alternative with a different design, see also the Printed Laptop Backpack Interlaken 15.6 inch.
