Short answer: Sweatbands are usually made of elastic terry cloth. We print them with DTF transfer printing: the logo is printed on a film and transferred to the band with heat. This makes multicolour logos possible too. There are wristbands and headbands.

Sweatbands are a small promotional item with a big effect in sport: they are worn during training and show your logo with every movement.

How DTF printing works

DTF stands for Direct to Film. Your logo is printed in colour on a carrier film and then transferred to the sweatband with a heat press. The method reproduces several colours and gradients in one pass. It also suits smaller quantities. More about the methods in the article Printing techniques compared.
